She first appeared in this show in season 8 (in 2009) and was placed 4th when partnered with Ty Murray, a nine-time World Champion rodeo cowboy. Chelsie debuted with Fox’s dance competition show So You Think You Can Dance in season 4 in May 2008, when she was 18. She didn’t win the show but was able to reach in top 6.
Chelsie first auditioned for season 4 in Salt Lake City, Utah.She started dancing when she was nine years old and received conventional training since the age of 14.She has been trained in ballroom, jazz, ballet, and hip-hop. Worlds finalist in 2005, and competed on Team USA during the British Open in Blackpool, England.Chris is trying to back on the dating horse though – and sources say he already has his eye on a new blond, much to her dismay.Chris Soules has been performing with DWTS alum Chelsie Hightower at the North Shore Theater in Boston, along with a slew of people none of us remember from the reality TV show So You Think You Can Dance.
